How do I get an estimate?

Every project is different. Call, text, or email us with your ideas and we'll get back with you as soon as possible. Most projects will require an onsite meeting.

How many years of experience do you have?

Matt has been in the construction industry since 2013. His experience includes being a superintendent for multiple home builders, dirt work, landscaping, light equipment operations, and small business management. Lochmann Construction Services was founded in 2020 to offer his skills to the public.

What type of warranty do you provide?

We guarantee the quality and craftmanship of every project we do. Contact us as soon as possible if something isn't right. Depending on the project, we cover materials and workmanship for up to one year and major structural defects for up to ten years.

How soon can you start?

Generally two to four weeks. Once you approve a quote we can pencil you in the books.
